What is the Size Chart?

X-Small |  5”-7” Neck

Small  | 8”-11” Neck

Medium |  12”-15” Neck

Large |  16”-20” Neck

We recommend measuring your pet’s neck. If in between sizes, size up.

Do you Accept Returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We have specific sizing charts included on every product and we recommend measuring your dog's neck before placing an order.

We will do everything we can to correct the problem.

How to Care for the Products?

Due to our products being handmade, we recommend washing by hand and laying flat to dry. Iron if necessary. Be mindful of the cork tag.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on your country and the weight of your package.

What is the Processing Time?

Our processing time is 3-5 days from when you place your order to your order's ship date.
